5 to 10% off list per linear metre. Suits 10 to 25 unit walk-ups, low-rise apartment complexes. Scheduled across consecutive days, no compulsory resident contact.

1,000 to 2,500 linear metres

10 to 15% off list per linear metre. Suits mid-rise complexes 50 to 150 units. Single mobilisation, 2 to 3 weeks on site, BC progress reports weekly.

15 to 20% off list per linear metre. Suits high-rise and multi-block complexes 150+ units. Custom mobilisation plan, resident-letter templates provided.

What is the minimum job size for strata pricing?

Bulk discount tiers start at 500 linear metres. Below that, you get standard installation pricing - still competitive.

How do you minimise resident disruption?

Single mobilisation, work happens on the roof and gutters. No internal access needed. Resident letters provided 7 days before start.

Do you provide BC compliance documentation?

Yes. AS 3959-2018 Statement of Compliance, $20M PL certificate, workers comp certificate, swms documents and final installation report.

Can you work with our existing roofing contractor?

Yes. We coordinate with existing trades on multi-trade projects. Project manager assigned for jobs over 1,000 linear metres.

Does the warranty transfer on lot sales?

Yes. Both the 20-year product and 20-year installation warranty transfer to new lot owners.
