Every service quoted by My Gutter Guards is given as a fixed written price on the day of the on-site inspection. No call-out fee. No vague we will get back to you next week with a number. You either accept the quote and we book the install, or you do not - and we leave a free written report behind either way.
If you book installation plus any of the other services in the same visit, you pay one combined price, save on call-out costs, and the entire job is covered by the same 20-year product + 20-year installation warranty.

Common questions
Can I book just a gutter clean without installing mesh?
Yes. We do stand-alone cleans, repairs, valley mesh, bird proofing and solar skirts as separate jobs. The free pre-install clean only applies when you book installation.
Do you do commercial and strata work?
Yes - every service is available for commercial buildings, strata blocks and rental portfolios. Bulk pricing applies on jobs over 500 linear metres.
Do all services come with the 20-year warranty?
The 20-year product warranty + 20-year installation warranty applies to gutter guard installation, valley mesh, bird mesh and solar mesh. Cleans and repairs carry a 12-month workmanship guarantee.
Can you do everything in one visit?
Most homes - yes. We schedule large strata, commercial and complex jobs over multiple days.
