These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website mygutterguards.com.au (“Website”) and your engagement of services from My Gutter Guards Pty Ltd (ABN 44 629 086 933) (“My Gutter Guards”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using our Website or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.
My Gutter Guards supplies and installs gutter-guard and gutter-mesh systems for residential, strata and commercial properties across Australia.

While we take care to keep it accurate and current, we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or up to date, and it does not constitute professional or contractual advice. Product specifications, pricing and availability may change without notice. You must not use the Website in any way that is unlawful, infringes our or another party’s rights, or interferes with its operation or security.
Indicative pricing shown on the Website (for example, a per-linear-metre rate or typical price range) is a guide only and is not a binding quote. A binding price is provided only in a written quote following a site assessment. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Final pricing depends on factors including roof type and pitch, gutter length and profile, access, and the mesh specification required (for example, ember-rated mesh for bushfire-prone areas).
We will perform our services with due care and skill and within a reasonable time. Materials are sourced through our suppliers and may vary by profile, colour and availability. Where a specific colour match or specification is required, this will be confirmed in your quote.
We provide a 20-year product warranty and a 20-year installation warranty, subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions set out in your quote and warranty documentation. Warranties are subject to correct use and reasonable maintenance and do not cover damage caused by events outside our control (for example, storm, fire, structural movement, or third-party works).
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any breach of a non-excludable guarantee is limited to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of having them re-supplied.
Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. Title to materials remains with us until payment is received in full.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to section 6, we are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or our services.
All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos and images — is owned by or licensed to My Gutter Guards and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
