Every Australian Roof
No one-size-fits-all install. Each roof profile uses a different saddle clip system engineered to grip the rib or tile correctly without damage.
Tile install: 500mm wide aluminium mesh is screwed to the gutter lip through L-shaped trims, then tucked under the second course of tiles. No saddles, no fasteners through the tiles. Works on Marseille, Cordova, terracotta and concrete tiles.
Wave-saddle system: Saddle clips matched to the 76mm corrugation pitch, clipped onto every second high rib (approx 7 per linear metre). Works on custom orb and traditional corrugated.
Trimdek-profile saddles: Stepped saddle clips that grip the 200mm rib spacing. Approx 6 saddles per linear metre. Engineered for Trimdek's flat top + sloped rib profile.
Klip-Lok install: Two methods. (1) Klip-Lok concealed-fix saddles hook over the ribs without screwing into the sheet, preserving the concealed-fix integrity (approx 24 per linear metre). (2) On lower-pitch Klip-Lok, the mesh is trimmed to overhang the sheet by a few centimetres and screwed at the gutter lip overhang - no sheet penetration, mesh sits flush from sheet to lip, no leak risk.
Narrow-pitch saddles: Custom 27mm-pitch saddle clips for Spandek's smaller rib spacing. Closer fit than Trimdek to handle the tighter profile.
What You Get
We fit two grades of aluminium gutter mesh and recommend the right one for your property. Our 2mm fine woven aluminium ember mesh is AS 3959-2018 ember-rated and stops fine debris — pine needles, jacaranda blossom and gum leaves. Our 4mm expanded aluminium mesh is a coarser, high-flow option suited to low-debris, clean-shedding and commercial roofs. Both are finished in AkzoNobel Interpon D1010 powder coat and colour-matched to the COLORBOND® range and equivalents.
The product warranty is backed by Gutter Guard Warehouse with the AkzoNobel Interpon D1010 powder coat. The installation warranty is backed by My Gutter Guards. Both written into your contract, both transfer if you sell the property.
For bushfire-prone properties we fit our 2mm aluminium mesh compliant for BAL 12.5 through BAL-FZ. Written compliance certificate provided for insurers and BAL assessors.
Australian-made steel saddles and trims, powder-coated to match major COLORBOND® and equivalent colour ranges. Roof-specific saddle clips engineered per profile - no penetration of metal roof pans, no fasteners through tiles.
Your gutters are cleaned and inspected on install day before any mesh is fitted — by vacuum, hand-clearing, or blower depending on the debris and any water sitting in the gutter. Valued at $500 - no extra charge.

You receive a written, fixed-price quote within 24 hours — including an aerial image of your home with the gutters covered in your quote outlined, mesh option, product details, installation method, and your installation window. Valid for 60 days.
Once your deposit is paid, we finalise your colour selection, order the parts, and stay in touch. Installs typically run about 4 weeks from your deposit date. As soon as your parts arrive, we call to lock in an installation date that suits us both.
Free pre-install gutter clean — by vacuum, hand-clearing, or blower depending on what's in the gutter. The mesh is then fixed in place with Australian steel saddle clips.
Walk-through of the finished install, written 20-year product + 20-year installation warranty handover, AS 3959-2018 compliance certificate (where applicable), and a full clean-up before we leave.
